After dealing with plantar fasciitis for almost 7 years while seeing another podiatrist who kept prescribing anti-inflammatory meds (short term solution) Dr.Geoghan got these feet right within a couple months without the anti-inflammatory meds. Switching to her was the best decision for me.

I recently visited Dr. Geoghan's office in Towson for a heel-related issue and I was so pleased with my experience. Dr. Geoghan's staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and cheerful! Dr. Geoghan explained my options to care for my foot pain and she and her staff laid out a program that will take care of all of my problems. I am looking forward to a summer without the debilitating pain and the annoying toe fungus that I have been dealing with for years. In addition, Dr. Geoghan informed me that I need supports because I have flat feet, and she took impressions of my feet right then. One visit and I am already on the way to better mobility! Kelly L. Geoghan, DPM is great! I see positive results from my 3-part laser nail treatment to kill toenail fungal infection due to Onychomycosis by dermatophyte. Kelly is very professional and patient when answering the ton of questions I had or any concerns. I see new nail growth that is pretty and clear after the laser treatment. I'm excited to start over!

Exceeded my expectations!
Dr. Geoghan listens to detail and is clear on instructions. Her surgical skills are concise and considerate which translates into my toe was fixed with no pain in 10 days. She had to saw off bone and all I experienced was mild soreness. Amazing! Office staff friendly and welcoming. Office was immaculate. I would highly recommend.

Hello everyone, I found this lovely jewel while searching yelp. Did my research and made an inquiry which was answered within 24 hours. The office was awesome. From the time I checked in I felt welcome. The ladies at the front desk wasted no time greeting me. I didn’t wait long to be seen by my provider. I was taken back to the exam room and I felt comfortable. I was greeted by Dr. Geoghan and she is amazing. She explained to me about my specific problem for seeing her. I did explain to her that I was set on the laser treatment. She has a super affordable option available. I was very impressed. I had my first treatment same day. I follow up in 6 weeks. She is very personable meaning she engaged in speaking with me about family. It was a great experience. I’m very picky in who I engage with. This provider is amazing. Can’t wait to return for my follow up.

I had terrible/painful toe nail fungus on both feet and had tried for over 20 years to find some remedy, but nothing I found resolved the issue. It wasn't until I saw a news report on laser therapy and contacted Dr. Geoghan that I finally found relief. The pain relief was immediate after the first treatment, toe nails however, take up to 18 months to regenerate so that was a slower process. It has been a little over 12 months now and they're growing in clear and reattached to the toe. The whole process has been so worth it, I highly recommend Dr. Geoghan if you've had long standing issues like mine. Patience and taking proper care of your feet are key to this process, all things Dr. Geoghan guides you through along the way.

I used to "remove" ingrown toenails on my own which was painful. Then I saw Dr. Geoghan and she has made a world of difference. I have not had an ingrown nail issue in over 2 years. And my nails look much better.

When I left my tailor’s bunions were addressed, I started my toenail treatment and my feet are now on the way to being flawless! This was my second visit to a DPM. Let's just say my first experience was typical, wait for the doctor, the office setting/technology used was meager and the staff not all the friendly. Expect the opposite at Dr. Geoghan's. No wait time, they took me early, a really thorough and informative doctor, high tech equipment, and great staff. What else can you ask for? I found Dr. Geoghan via a web search and found a website that was actually pretty good considering most sites you visit in the medical world look like they were built in the 90's. Kudos to Dr. Geoghan and her staff, YOU ROCK!

Very friendly staff! Make you feel so much at ease and always quick to get an appointment. Dr. Kelly is phenomenal and always makes sure you are well taken care of and treats you promptly and addresses all of your concerns fully. I never see anyone else for my foot problem!

I was a patient back in 2011-2012 of Dr. Geoghan, she was great, she is passionate about her patients and gift of healing. She also treated my son on several ingrown toe nails.
She was so good I haven't needed treatment the past 8 yrs, but she was right there this week when I called on Wed and said I was in serious pain with nerves in my toes. She fit me and has started me on my road of treatment and recovery.
Her staff has been and still is exceptional too!
