Dear Valued Patients,
In light of the unprecedented health crisis facing all of us, we all need to do our part to stay safe and flatten the curve. Therefore, for the safety and well-being of our staff and patients, we are making some changes to our schedule, product sales and policies.
We are offering Telemedicine consults if necessary. When applicable, we will bill the Telemedicine consults to your insurance carrier and follow their insurance guidelines regarding payment for this service. Please contact the office if you have any questions regarding Telemedicine services.
At this time, we are only scheduling patients with urgent medical problems that must be addressed promptly. All Non-Urgent appointments should be postponed. We estimate the office to return to our normal schedule May 1, 2020. Of course, this is subject to change but we are hopeful life as we all know it will return soon.
To be clear, if you are having an Urgent problem that cannot wait for treatment, we are here for you. Please call the office at 410-753-4422 to schedule an appointment. If you prefer, you can visit our website at www.flawlessfeet.net and use the Contact Form to correspond with our office.
For now, we have limited office hours so if you cannot reach us, please leave a message and we will respond as soon as possible.
If you have an appointment scheduled before April 30, 2020, please call the office at 410-753-4422 to discuss your appointment. We may need to reschedule your appointment to follow our modified schedule and new guidelines.
For any patients in need of products such as Fungi Foam, Formula 3, Clean Sweep or Revitaderm please contact the office at 410-753-4422. We do not normally mail products to patients but at this time, we will mail the products to you.
We are also offering CBD products for patients dealing with pain in the foot and ankle. CBD is offered in a topical and oral form. For more information, please contact the office.
